In comparison to Cupron Classic™ and Cupron Sinerji™, Cupron Snow White is more suited for translucent or transparent film packaging, single use items, or products that do not require frequent washes.

Cupron registered the active ingredient for Cupron Snow White, cuprous iodide in masterbatch form, with the US EPA in 2015. Cuprous iodide is an inorganic compound that is incorporated into end-use products for material preservation of fibers; floor coverings; plastics, coatings, films, and laminates; and adhesives and sealants to control the growth of algae, mold, mildew, fungi and bacteria that cause unpleasant odors, discoloration, staining, deterioration, or corrosion.
